Gin is predicted to be a rising star in 2013, especially regionally made products. This refreshing cocktail brings small batch gin and fresh mint to new heights.
2 oz. Berry Brothers Gin #3
1/2 oz. Pineapple juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
Fresh mint + 6 leaves

Muddle six mint leaves, mix with gin, juice and syrup and shake well. Strain into to a Julep cup over crushed ice. Garnish with fresh mint.
